What is the best card to use for stamping & colouring?

We sell 20 sheets of A4 300g card for £3.50, its a good weight and also goes through die-cutting machines easily as well as takes the ink and Promarkers well.

Which inks would you recommend for stamping when colouring in with ProMarkers?

Momento, especially in black and brown and Tim Holtz inks are good too

What's the best way to print digi stamps?

Print your digi on to card or heavy paper and then either leave overnight or dry for a minute or so with a heat gun to make sure the ink doesn't bleed when you colour it in

I am still having problems with the ink bleeding over the edge of the design, what can I do?

Colour almost to the edge of the design with your Promarker and then use a fine tip nib to complete the colouring up to the line - that way you have more control over the pen

How do I resize a digi stamp?

It's really easy to change the size of a digi stamp - either use a graphics programme or, if you don't have one you can alter the size of the image using a word processing programme like Word

What's the best way to clean my stamps?

 

Use an alcohol-free baby wipe and make sure you let the stamp dry before putting it back on the acrylic sheet and into the packet

 

What's the best ink pad to use for silhouette or outline stamps or for sentiments that don't need colouring in?

Choose the backing paper first and then colour your image to match it

What's the best way to attach Card Candi to a card?

Use 1mm depth Foam Pads

Choose white embellishments such as Card Candi, paper flowers, ribbon and colour them with Promarkers to match the rest of your card
